Those members that are current members are the only ones who are eligible, under the ARRL General Contest Rules (and CQ Contest rules), to submit their contest scores on behalf of the RDXA. The rules state that “those members in good standing” shall be eligible to submit scores on behalf of their club.
To be in good standing, one must have a current membership in the club, and be within the 175 mile club circle. If one of those two requirements is not satisfied, then the club technically cannot claim that person’s score for the club competition.
If you intend to submit scores on behalf of RDXA, you must be a member in good standing.
